Grow. Connect. Build mental strength.

Nunchi Workshops are virtual, interactive sessions designed to help young people explore mental health through community, culture, and shared experience. These one-hour workshops offer a safe space to learn practical tools, reflect through storytelling, and build supportive connections with peers.

What is it?

Nunchi Workshops are community-centered discussion experiences where students from diverse backgrounds come together to reflect on mental health topics that matter most to them. Grounded in evidence-based practices and cultural understanding, each session blends reflection, storytelling, and skills building in a supportive environment.
